ABOUT ME

Hi there! I'm Tania.
I'm a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, and a true friend. I hold a Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics with a major in English Literature—which probably explains my lifelong love affair with books. I'm also a lecturer by profession and a reader by passion.
A rule-follower, an ambivert, a resilient soul, a survivor—I’m many things, but never hypocritical or judgmental. My personal laptop and my books are my lifelines. I read like my life depends on it… because maybe, in some ways, it does. I truly believe I wouldn’t have survived life’s storms without the comfort of stories.
When I’m not working on research projects or preparing lectures, you’ll find me curled up with a book or watching a good movie. That’s my idea of peace.
The center of my world is my family. I can heal from almost anything life throws my way—as long as they’re beside me. My husband is the love of my life, and his support and love mean the world to me. And then, there’s my son—my heart outside my body, my greatest joy, and the brightest light in my life. Loving him is effortless and endless.
One of my favorite things in the world is traveling with my family. Exploring new places, sharing laughter on long road trips, and creating beautiful memories together—it fills my heart in ways words often fail to describe.
Life isn’t always easy—it can be overwhelming and unpredictable—but it can also be full of wonder, wildness, and beauty. And that’s the version I choose to live.
